Summary
ESD played a central role in kicking off the current ecosystem of algo-stables. While it was one of the first, ESD, the token, has a reputational issue due to its broken peg. I propose we rename the stable instrument of the protocol and the share token in V2 to distance the protocol from people’s image of V1’s ESD.
New Tokens
The protocol will have two ERC-20 tokens: one a stable token and the other a governance token. The ESS & @eqparenthesis have suggested the following names and symbols:
